How to Reboot your Device
If you need to reboot your Connect device, there are two methods that can achieve this:
1st Method: Manually on the device
STEP 1: Locate the small power button that is located on your ScreenScape Connect device. It is located on the side of the device, close to the male HDMI plug.
STEP 2: Press the power button once and wait for the blue light indicator to turn off on the device.
STEP 3: Once the device has successfully powered off, press the power button once again. This action will reboot the device.
2nd Method: Using the ScreenScape software
STEP 1: Select the Devices tab at the top of the ScreenScape application. This will take you to the Devices page.
STEP 2: Click on the device that you would like to reboot, and then click on the three dots in the top right of the application.
STEP 3: Click on Reboot.
Once completed, your device should reboot itself and then reload the device’s playlist. If your device does not reboot once this action has been selected, then it could mean that your device is not currently connected to WiFi or it may not be receiving or transmitting information from the internet. To confirm internet connectivity you can check the Device Status page.
