How to Remove Media Items in Bulk

We are pleased to reintroduce the bulk removal feature to ScreenScape 5. Now, customers have the ability to unpublish media items en masse from one or more playlists with our bulk removal function.

Users working with large amounts of media, or running many different devices, will find this power function to be particularly useful.

How It Works

1 – Click the ‘MEDIA,’ tab.

2 – Select the media items that you want to remove for your playlist(s).

3 – Select the ‘Remove from Playlist” icon.

4 – Select the playlist(s) that you would like to remove the media items from. Once all are selected, click ‘Remove.’ If you would like to remove the selected media items from all of your playlists, you can click on ‘Select All’ at the top of the playlist drawer.
