How to View the Status of your Devices

The Device Status page provides you with important, device specific information such as the current WiFi connection status and the device’s health (CPU, Memory and Storage usage). The Device Status page also provides other important information such as the device’s MAC address and serial number. To view the status for an individual device:

STEP 1: Select the Devices tab at the top of the ScreenScape application. This will take you to the Devices page.

STEP 2: Double-click on the device in question to access the settings, or alternatively, click the device once, and select the edit option in the top right of the application.

STEP 3: On the top-right side of the page, select the Status tab, if it is not already selected.
